How It Works
The DeMarker indicator calculates two values:
DeMax: Measures upward price strength when the current High is higher than the previous High.
DeMin: Measures downward price strength when the current Low is lower than the previous Low.
These values are smoothed using a 14-period Simple Moving Average (SMA) and combined into a single oscillator ranging between 0 and 1.
Above 0.70: Market may be overbought.
Below 0.30: Market may be oversold.
